7 days in Vail, the most popular ski resort among Hispanics

Vail is the most popular ski resort among Hispanics and for good reason. It is undoubtedly one of the largest in the United States, it has endless ski slopes for all levels of skiers, luxury hotels, fun for young and old, restaurants for all tastes and much more.

He decided to enjoy the largest ski center in the United States for 7 days and he doesn’t really know how to put together a perfect stay. Let me tell you how…

How to get to Vail Ski Resort:

Knowing how to get to Vail, Colorado is crucial and acclimatizing or becoming familiar with the height of the ski center and all the benefits of this magical place!

You can get directly to the Vail Airport called Eagle/Vail County Airport (EGE), located just a 35-minute drive from the ski resort, or Denver International Airport (DEN), located approximately 3 hours from Vail.

Additionally, there are several shuttle services that provide comfortable and safe transfers from both airports. The most popular way to get to Vail is by land. Our clients land at the Denver airport and then travel on one of the transfer services we work with.

Day 2:

We recommend that you immediately stop by a ski resort window to pick up your ski passes at Vail, one of the best ski resorts in the world. This will prevent you from standing in a long line the next morning. Our clients usually rent equipment for skiing or snowboarding, so if this is your case, make sure you receive your equipment the day before your ski trip.

Ski lessons: Additionally, if you purchased ski lessons, we suggest that you go to the instructors’ office to say hello and see some details such as requesting a teacher who speaks Spanish if you need it.

Time to tour and enjoy world-class gastronomy! Vail is magical so enjoy its lit streets, luxury shops and of course its world-famous restaurants. One of the restaurants we really enjoyed in #VAIL is Alpenrose for its authentic German cuisine. Don’t forget to reserve!

Day 3:

Eating breakfast is the key to starting your day well. If you stay in a condo in Vail, you can prepare an exquisite breakfast in a perfectly equipped kitchen, or enjoy an authentic American breakfast in a restaurant in Vail. There are also condos and hotels that include breakfast.

Remember to leave equipped to head to the ski slopes, carry your lift pass and some device to perpetuate your experiences. Now just enjoy the snowy mountains and your ski lessons if you purchased any!

Vail has many hotels and condominiums with direct access to the ski slopes or ski in – ski out. If you are not staying at the foot of the slopes, don’t worry, because Vail has a free shuttle system between its charming towns.

Where to eat:

Both in the middle of the mountains of Vail ski resort and in the town there are first-class restaurants.

In the middle of the mountain you will find The 10th restaurant. The best way to get there is through Gondola One. In town there are a wide variety of restaurants but for this day we suggest you visit Montauk Seafood and Grill. We love this resto because of its freshness and quality of service.

Day 4:

If you have already achieved a level of skiing that gives you confidence, go and discover The Legendary Back Bowls in Vail. Anyone who loves to ski must visit this wonderful ski slopes adventure.

Day 5:

Take a break from skiing. Instead, enjoy a snowmobile adventure, or a dog sleigh ride or dogsledding.

Snowmobile:

This is an experience for the whole family that will allow you to get deep into the Rocky Mountains. Children from 3 years old can do it, of course, with their parents. Don’t forget to bring your driver’s license as it is a requirement to drive these fantastic snowmobiles.

We recommend you book directly with the company NovaGuides www.novaguides.com because they provide excellent service and pick you up directly at your hotel in Vail .

Day 6:

Skiing, Horse Sleigh Ride and Dinner.

After skiing Vail’s fabulous ski slopes, we recommend taking a horse-drawn sleigh ride and enjoying dinner at a classic American ranch. We have had the opportunity to live this experience with 4 Eagle Ranch who provide excellent service.

Day 7:

Return to the airport to fly to your country.
